PLATEAU　高原

作品は､高地で観られる風景や現象のゆったりとしたイメージの断片をデフォルメ化したものです。金属板の薄さ、歪み、光沢、透かし彫りにより､柔らかな表情を持たせました。お食事を楽しむ場に向けて、何気なくそこにあるのにとても心地よい、そのような空気感を発信したいと思いながら制作した作品達です。

The works of Rie Kawakami are deformation of fragment images from landscape or phenomenon that can be seen in high ground. The body of work has a soft expression due to the thinness of the metal plate, distortion, gloss and openwork. For the work installation, Kawakami cherished to make attractive atmosphere for precious dining moment.
