 The impression of the earth is at the same time slow and calm, and at the same time violent, like a volcanic eruption or an earthquake. In the work, I was conscious of the moving earth and tried to express the phenomenon of upheaval with steel materials.

 

 大地の表情は、ゆったりとなだらかに静寂を見せる一方で、火山噴火や地震のような激しさも孕んでいる。作品では動く大地を意識し、隆起の現象を鉄素材によって表現することを試みた。
